Most of my professional working
career has been in the financial sector of the City of London,
which can be a very demanding and stressful environment,
hence my interest in complementary therapies that alleviate
stress. I always felt so energised and uplifted after having
a holistic treatment and my interests in all things ‘alternate’ just
grew and grew.
In 1999 I joined a class to learn more about Reiki and gradually
my values changed. In 2000 I decided to leave my well-paid
job behind, in my quest for a more peaceable career and greater
job satisfaction.
I am now a practitioner and teacher of the Tera-Mai™ Reiki & Seichem
system of healing, a complementary therapist and Life Coach.
I specialise in stress relief and bereavement counselling,
working with individuals and companies. Testimonials are

part of my time providing relaxation treatments to members
of staff.
I qualified as a Life Coach in January 2003 with the Coaching
Academy, the largest self-development coaching organisation
of its kind in Europe and the second largest operator worldwide.
Reiki works well with Coaching and is a very powerful process
that supports clients through transition and making choices,
providing a framework and support mechanism to set clear
objectives for the future.
